Virtual Interviewing Skills will help anyone who has responsibility for interviewing. This course will help you gain the specialist knowledge and practical skills to prepare for and undertake interviews in remote settings. Interactive online role-plays and group discussions will help you use sound interviewing techniques to gather accurate information from an interview.

Course Description

This virtual learning programme presents an overview of the interviewing process. Delegates will learn the value of preparation and a structured approach for interviewing and selecting staff that will ensure a consistently high standard of employees are well matched to individual job roles.

This programme of three webinars can be accessed from a laptop, desktop or mobile phone and is supported by individual workstreams and action plans and support documentation including top-tips checklists.
