Course Description

This one day course has been designed to develop commercial awareness in Public Sector staff to support them to identify the benefits to themselves, their teams and their organisation of being more commercially viable by identifying potential savings, generating income and supporting the financial stability of the organisation. Delegates will focus on developing and maintaining commercially effective relationships and consider how to overcome blocks to progress in becoming a more commercially viable organisation.
