All those responsible for managing teams and Team-Building in the NHS.
The NHS is changing and there has never been greater emphasis on each individual team member taking responsibility for their share of the team achievement. This series of modules - starting with one full day addressing the essentials of team-building and with other supplementary modules made up of mostly half-day sessions - can be mixed and matched together to form outstanding one, two or more additional programmes.
Depending on the needs of the Trust, the team or individuals, there will be a module for everyone. By their very nature, team building days have a high level of interactive participation. It doesn’t necessarily involve building rafts (the popular perception) but does involve coming together (sometimes competitively) in the spirit of developing true team-blending.
And, although team-building is meant to be fun and highly enjoyable, each module is underpinned with essential key skills required to meet either the Clinical Leadership Competency Framework, the GMC Good Medical Practice Framework, reflective practice for appraisal and revalidation as well as leadership essentials.
